1       Delivery

(a)    You must pay us the delivery fees for your order at the same time as you pay us the Price.

We may offer promotions relating to the delivery fees, such as free standard postage where you order more than 1 product from the Site. If you are eligible for this promotion, this will be available to you at checkout.

(b)    You may also select ‘express’ shipping for an additional cost, in order to have your order shipped using Australia Post express postage.

If possible, we will deliver the products to the delivery address you provide when making your order. We deliver Australia-wide, (unless our delivery company, currently Australia Post, does not deliver to your area). We currently do not accept orders which have a delivery address located outside of Australia.

(c)     We normally dispatch products within 1 business day (in Victoria) of receiving an order, unless otherwise noted on the Site. Any products that are pre-ordered are, subject to their availability, normally dispatched by the date set out on the product page on the Site.

Any delivery periods displayed on the Site are estimates only, based on the information provided by the delivery company.

(d)    We deliver the products using a range of delivery methods. You may need to sign for some deliveries.  If neither you nor your authorised representative is at the delivery address to accept delivery, you agree that we may leave the products at your premises.

If the delivery of the products to your nominated address is unsuccessful and returned to sender, a $12 redelivery fee will apply to post the product back to you.
